Bilicki’s first race behind the wheel of the No. 92 will come during the season-opening United Rentals 300 at Daytona (Fla.) Int’l Speedway on Feb. 17.
Bilicki, who is approaching his 200th NASCAR national series start, drove DGM Racing’s No. 91 entry on a limited basis last year, while also regularly competing in the premier NASCAR Cup Series.
The pairing displayed impressive pace, including a career-best finish of eighth at Bilicki’s home track, Road America. Bilicki also recorded a top-10 finish for DGM at the 2022 season opener at Daytona, leading laps during the race and narrowly avoiding a vicious last-lap accident.
“Driving for DGM Racing and the Gosselin family over the last two years has really been a highlight of my NASCAR career,” said Bilicki. “Last year, we found ourselves consistently racing with teams triple our size. The team puts everything they have back into the program, and no one is afraid of hard work. I believe the results they achieved last year showcase that.
“I’m proud to go into the 2024 season calling DGM Racing my ‘home’ and can’t wait to get to Daytona.”
Bilicki joins full-time teammate Kyle Weatherman, who was announced as the driver of the No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro prior to the holidays, at DGM Racing this year.
“We are thrilled to have Josh Bilicki back with us in 2024. He’s a very talented and skilled racer, as well as a great person to be around,” said team owner Mario Gosselin. “His attitude and drive to succeed makes him a great fit for our family-owned team.
“I am really looking forward to building on our momentum and achieving more together this year.”
Both existing and new partners will join Bilicki at DGM Racing this year, with specific announcements and additional races being revealed at a later date.
