TULSA, Okla. – After starting with 368 races to run, the 39th annual American Waste Control Tulsa Shootout powered by NOS Energy has been whittled down to its final 49 rounds of action.

The Tulsa Shootout finale is set for Dec. 31 and the quest for the Golden Driller marks the final race of the year in North America. With one day to go, the current Tulsa Shootout feature count is led by California’s K.J. Snow.

Close but still lacking a Golden Driller of his own, Snow is the only driver so far to lock into three A-Features during this year’s edition of the Shootout.

Snow is slated for 16th in the 55-lap RS12 Motorsports Outlaw championship event, while he’ll grid the EVO Fuel Injection A-Class feature in 11th and start the Joe’s Racing Products Stock Non-Wing final 12th.

Coming off a successful season on the West Coast, Snow's year-to-date stats include eight wins, 32 top-five, and 40 top-10 finishes in 59 starts.

One of 14 drivers making the cut into multiple championship events, four of those drivers will look to add another Golden Driller trophy to their mantle. Frank Flud leads that count with four wins, while Jaxton Wiggs, Joe B. Miller, and Kris Carroll have each earned one Driller in their Shootout careers.

In total, 85 drivers are locked into 100 starting spots across six divisions so far.

Sunday’s racing action is set to begin at 9 a.m. CT.

Full results will be added to this story as soon as possible.
